NEORA Making Process

Here’s a glimpse into what it takes to create a NEORA. Each piece is made individually, only after your order is placed, as part of our pre-order process — carefully crafted to be worn on your belt.

Cast in 925 Sterling Silver

STEP 1

Each NEORA starts with over 9 months of design. I created it in 3D and tested multiple versions until I found the perfect shape.

Now that the design is ready, a wax version of the piece is made using a mold. This wax is then replaced with melted 925 sterling silver through a casting process. When the metal cools down, the final solid silver piece is revealed.

Polish & clean

STEP 2

After casting, each NEORA is carefully polished by hand to smooth every detail and remove any imperfections. The piece is then cleaned and refined to achieve its final shine ✨

Gold Plated

STEP 3

If you choose the gold version, the silver piece is coated with 3 microns of real gold.

This process gives the NEORA its rich gold color while maintaining the strength of the sterling silver underneath, ensuring both durability and a refined finish.

Packaging

STEP 4

Once your NEORA is finished, it is carefully packaged and prepared for shipping.

Inside, you’ll find a few special surprises, along with cards that guide you through the NEORA story and explain how to care for your jewellery.
